Gently quote the tofu with the flour mixture. Add the remaining oil to the wok, then add the diced onion, pepper and leeks to the pan. Once completely crisped up, remove the tofu chunks to a plate. Add the tofu and fry for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until crispy and brown. Mix it well.Īdd the cubed tofu and a teaspoon of sesame oil. Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large work over medium-high heat until shimmering. ![]() After 30 seconds add onion, green beans, capsicum, corn and bok choy. In a large bowl add 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste. Pour peanut oil into a large wok and place over a high heat. ![]() Repeat couple of times until a good amount of moisture is removed from the tofu. ![]() Add the carrot, bell pepper, and edamame and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining 2 cloves of minced garlic and the onion and stir until softened, about 1 minute. Add the tofu and pan fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the tofu from the package, drain and place it between two towels or paper towels and press gently to remove the excess moisture. In a wok or large frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. ![]()
